“This is the best news I’ve heard in a long time!” Aunt Olga grabbed a few tissues from the box on the console table and blew her nose. “I can’t believe this. I’m going to be a grandmother. Thank you, Paris.”
I didn’t want to make her cry but now she was making me cry.
“Enough with the tears, Olga. No one’s dying,” Marcel grumbled.
“I’m sorry this is wonderful news. There’s so much to do and you two don’t have a place to live.”
“The mansion’s ready. We’ll be there tonight.”
“That was quick,” I said.
He flashed me a wolfish grin. “Everything works faster when you have money, Kitten.”
“Now that I’m carrying your baby will you stop calling me Kitten?” I smirked.
He inched closer and raised his brow. “You’ll always be my Kitten, Kitten.”
He closed his lips on mine.
