“What do you mean you can’t Ryder? What’s going on?”

I went to the sit on my bed. Anthony came to sit by my side. “Is there something you are not telling me Ryder?”

“There is just no need to see this girl now. When I am ready I will go see her.” That’s all. Leave it at that.”

“Okay okay.” Anthony replied and got up. “I need to go see Gina. The doctor attending to her said she should be delivered of the pup pretty soon……”

“That’s great. Go, go be with her.”

“Are you sure you are okay man?” He said as he retreated, walking backwards.

“Yeah I’m good. Go.”

Anthony smiled and turned and walked away.

As soon as he was gone and the door had been shut I allowed myself relax. I put my hands on my head and tried to be stable. What was the girl doing to me? What was she doing to me I couldn’t think I couldn’t concentrate I couldn’t function well anymore.

All I ever thought about was her and worse now be
