I looked at the paper on the table and reached out to grab it. I opened it and read the contents.

At the top of the paper it said I was to carry out this activities or instruct Manuel to. But the chores were to be done either way. I threw the paper to the ground. What kind of stupid situation had my uncle dragged me into? He was toying with my life, my future.

I didn’t know this people from anywhere yet I was here, supposedly mated to that crap of a male and I was to now live with this weird and horrid looking people forever? Everything that was happening was happening so quickly and I felt like I didn’t even have a chance to make any choices.
