Chapter 98. Vampire Lair

The bar was becoming more and more uninteresting and it was soon time to go home. I asked my right hand to tell the men that we would be leaving soon. I still remembered when we had shut down this bar. We turned everyone inside it to vampires but because they were newly turned they were easily caught by the authorities and killed. We had promised the government that we wouldn’t overdo things. They knew every single person that was a vampire here and they kept us around for protection, in return they gave us a place to stay in and allowed us have our way every once in a while.

I sipped the last of my drink and kissed the Bonita in my arms. She allowed me drink from her neck for extra cash and by now I had had my fill. If I drank any more she would literally die.
