Chapter 127
Leon waited anxiously for the full moon. Outside the Taylor fortress, he stood with Derek and other wolves in a dark part of the forest where they could hunt without any problems, watching the sky as the sunset approached. Despite trying not to think about what had happened on his first day, his plans were thwarted by Derek's voice beside him.
"I didn’t know she was doing that."
Derek continued to try to justify what had happened with Lina, who had been avoiding him at all costs. Leon shook his head, irritated with the other male. He didn’t want to return to that topic, especially so close to the full moon...
"Leon? Are you listening to me?"
Derek kept insisting, and when Leon didn’t respond, he moved right in front of him, forcing him to meet his gaze. Leon gave up ignoring him and looked into Derek's light eyes.
