When Lance Chase reached out to Helena, saying the words her heart longed for, she had to contain the urge to cry hysterically, the Banshee carefully analyzed her expression. 

Her dark green gaze was concentrated, her mouth a straight line, her expression was impassive, she could not understand the reason for her sudden change.  

Then suddenly something terrible occurred to him, maybe he was just being cruel, making her raise foolish hopes that she would see John’s face once again, the princess deep in her eyes and saw him get confused with her silence. 

" Don’t you want to see him more woman? " asked the impatient man. 

She shuddered completely confused, was he really serious? Would he take her to see his beloved John?
