From a distance, I watch her doing some combat exercises with her father, the Beta of the pack.

She looks so sexy in her workout clothes, her curves show up so well. I stroll up to them as if I happened to be nearby and just noticed them. “Hey Mercedes, are you okay? Are you back already?” I ask indifferently, like old friends. She turns to me. “Alpha Glary, I'm all right, thank you for asking. Were you able to resolve the dispute with Shadow Moon?” she asks as indifferently as I do.

Her father is watching us closely. He naturally wonders where this conversation should lead. “Listen Mercedes, let's forget what happened in Shadow Moon, okay?! After all, we are pack members, we must be tolerant of each other. I'm sorry I lashed out at you," I apologize as a perfect gentleman. An eyebrow raises, she is obviously questioning my words. Her father turns skeptically and looks in a different direction, a sign that he, too, doesn't value my apologies.

“Hmmm,
