Chapter 8

“This is completely insane,” She said pacing the room and Callium was trying to control his urge to kiss her and wipe the frown off his face.

“I can’t believe I have a man from five hundred years ago in my house; I, Katherine Williams, summoned a creature in the middle of my salt,” She said, and though the words left her lips, she still couldn’t believe it.

“And a very hot witch,” thought Callium, joining in.

“Technically, you didn’t “summon” me. I entered the black hole alone,” He corrected, but she ignored him.

“This can’t be; this must all be wrong in so many ways,” Katherine stammered; her thoughts were a mess in her head, and the worst part was that she could barely concentrate with the man inches away from her, that was what her mind was concentrating on, but not the problem at hand.
