I went to the bathroom, took a shower and put on what I normally wear, Jean, a top and my tennis shoes, I know nothing glamorous, but this way I feel good.

Once I was ready, I went downstairs for breakfast and found breakfast already served.

“Good morning, Dad," I said as I headed to the refrigerator for some water.
