“Of course I do.” He hung up the call before his brother could say anything else; unlike Erian, Matthew was much more sociable; he found such a thing ironic; he often went to serve in blood banks, not as a donor, of course, only in a capacity as a representative of Belcan companies but also to get to know his food. I had human friendships of all kinds.
The phone embedded in the wall began to ring; Charlotte was nearby and looked at it curiously.
“Could you answer it?” He asked her as he leaned his back against the wall behind him; maybe it was some curious family member. Honestly, he wouldn’t be surprised if some of his other siblings filled his voicemail message box.
And he couldn’t blame them either; after all, it was quite an event, even for him.
“Of course,” Charlotte hurriedly picked up
