Chapter 79. Welcoming Arms

He stopped the car and turned off the headlights. The faint lights from the stars and the moon helped so I could enjoy the view at the top of the hill.

It was a very random place I never thought existed near the border of this city. I opened the window of the car, and the first thing I heard was the crashing waves of the ocean against the rocks somewhere down the cliff.

The sky was so clear and full of glimmering stars above us.

At the top of the cliff was a gazebo with intricate carvings made of wood. The sheer white curtains danced against the soft, cool breeze, making the atmosphere so calm, magical, and perfect—everything looked so awkwardly romantic as my eyes scanned the endless horizon of the serene ocean in front of us. On our back was the beautiful sight of the glimmering city lights
