Chapter 57

Writer’s POV

Alpha Darrel stood on the same spot for a while after Edna gave the flower back to him. He recollected how he saw the flower ahd thought of getting it for her, but sadly she thinks he is doing everything not because he wants to do it but because he has to do it.

Alpha Darrel sat on the bed tiredly and heaved a sigh, he stared at the flower and decided to put it in the wardrobe where Edna stuff were before he walked out of the room.

When he walked out of the room Edna heard the door shut and she sighed. She didn’t know if Alpha Darrel bought the flower because he wanted to or he bought it because Amber was with him and he was trying to give the family a good impression.

Edna started feeling bad for the way she reacted. “Maybe I shouldn’t have given him the flower.” Edna muttered to herself and turned off the tap. She stood up and walked out of the toilet. She was in the toilet because that’s the only place she can stay now and feel peaceful
