Edna POV

The next day. I woke up very early and walked out of the room. Alpha Darrel was still asleep and I tried not to wake him while I was getting up from the bed. When I got out of the room I headed downstairs and just as I thought there was no one in the sitting room.

I headed to the swimming pool and removed my jacket leaving only my bikini on. I dived into the water like an expert.

I really needed to cool off and swimming was the only thing that crossed my mind because that was our favorite sport. Grandma said she wanted to be a swimmer by profession until she got married to an Alpha, she loved both the Alpha and her swimming, she had to leave one ahd keep the other.

She chose her husband over swimming because at the end of the day that was the only best option.

When I asked if she regretted her choice. She was quiet and then smiled before nodding her head. That was a reply I never imagined to hear her say.
