Demetrius had the urge to pull Carissa into a hug and tell her to come back with him, but he got a hold of himself. He shouldn't force her. He knows she will come on her will, but he doesn't know when that will happen. She cried for a while and started feeling cold on the ice lake. Demetrius took off his impractical robe and covered her with it.

“Farewell, Rissa. We will get going now,” he muttered and turned back, but she stopped him.

“How is everyone, how is Craspina?” She knew everyone would be doing well. She just wanted more time with her mate.

“Everyone is doing fine. Craspina is still upset with you, but she is currently in a relationship with royal guard Aryan. They decided to stay happy without having children.
