She had a marvelous fake smile on her face, her hands clasped before her as she analyzed everyone’s face. She gasped as soon as her eyes met Celeste’s. “Celeste…? Oh god, my poor daughter. I heard that you came, but I didn’t come visit you because I thought you needed some alone time. It’s nice that you came to visit me and brought along your…Alpha and friends as well.”

She opened the door wider, letting everybody in. Liam was the first to enter, then Fred, then Zillon who hauled Celeste behind him.

“We’re not really here for a visit ma’am, my mate is simply here to pick up something she left behind. It’s important, so if you don’t mind, we’ll just start our search for it now.”

“Yes you can start, but I need to talk to my daughter first, she’s been gone for so long that worry has now caved my heart. If you don’t mind, come here Celeste.”

Celeste looked towards Zillon, then back at her mother. “Alright.”

She stepped forward and Zillon mimicked her action
