It'd been ten days and five hours since he left, and he had yet to call or talk to me through the mind link. I didn't mind one bit. It was just the mate bond trying to make me lose my mind.
There was this desperate urge to see him and be near him, but he wasn't here, and I had to keep fighting this pull. It was draining, and it was making me lose my temper.
