Chapter 139
Henry could be seen running in a thick forest with inhuman speed, and his eyes were now black. Except for a sliver of light illuminating some things amidst the dense forest, everything was in darkness. The rattling of snakes and the chirping of birds could be heard all over the place.
Henry grabbed one of the tree branches and used it to propel his body upward. He swivelled in mid-air, performed a double backflip, and grabbed another branch, using it to hurdle his body on top of a tree.
"Stop fighting, and let me take over." He heard the dark voice again. The same dark voice that has been tormenting him ever since old man Tim forced him to spit out his name. "You are a fool! Lord Rey is just using you for his selfishness." The voice tried to convince him.
"Henry, you are the only hope of the supernatural," Lord Rey said calmly, pleading with him to return. "Don't let Hade deceive you, or else the realm will be doomed."
