As soon as Zachary walks out of the room, Malachi drops the bat he is holding and combs his hair with his fingers. He looks upset, very upset. I have never seen him in this kind of position before. He looks like he is about to set the entire building on fire.

The words hang in my throat when the door opens again and a few of the hotel staff enter. The moment they see a mess, all of them start looking around wondering what to say or do.
