Enzo’s POV

I see how Michelle’s face gets red and I scoff, she is just too funny even on a hospital bed.

Earlier when that pain enveloped her, fear actually gripped me and I lost all sense of reasoning but seeing her smiling and joking around now, I feel a lot better.

I actually don’t know what the moon goddess is planning but the lady in front of me is definitely something else, something I would like to get closer to more than this and I am going to make sure of that.

Her pain, her heartache, her sadness and her anxiety, I want to get rid of everything and anything that makes her sad and upset.

“Stop staring at me like that” Michelle says after a while, “I don’t want to be too close to you”

I chuckle lightly, I love the fact that she is trying to act hard to get, it makes me want to be around her the more.

My mobile begins to ring again and the look on her face changes which makes my smirk widen. Is she being jealous right now?
