Natalia’s POV

Pacing up and down the room, I pick up my phone and dial his number again but for the umpteenth time, he doesn’t answer. This is the first time he is behaving like this and he knows how much I hate to be left alone.

It is already past eight and he should be back at the hotel by now. Is he with Michelle?

A lot is going on in my head as I continue to pace around while still calling his number.

What I am doing is interrupted when the door opens and Nicholas ventures into the room and immediately I feel the hair on the back of my neck stand on edge. I know this feeling, I have felt it before and it is not one I will like to experience ever again.

Angry Nicholas is one of the worst things someone can experience and I really do not want that again, not now.
