With a few words, Harper dismissed Taya and made up an excuse to end the call.

Taya stared at the dark screen, feeling a bit down, and let out a heavy sigh.

Griffon, sitting on the couch and looking at financial data, waved to her when he heard her.

“Come here.”

Taya put down her phone, got up from her seat, and walked over to Griffon.

Once in front of him, the man extended his fair hand and pulled her waist, letting her sit on his lap.

“Did Harper choose to forgive Jayden?”

Taya hooked her arms around his neck and rested her head against his forehead.

“Babe, how did you know?”

After speaking, Taya loosened her grip on his neck and pinched his well-defined handsome face.
