Chapter 62
Dalia’s POV
I rushed out of Alexander’s room in time to see Chelsea’s fist connect with Blondie’s jaw. While it was a very satisfying thing to watch, I knew I had to step in so it won’t escalate further.
Blondie must have pissed Chels off, she barely fights even though she was a loud and outgoing person. She already pulled her by her hair while Blondie screamed in pain. I rushed there and pulled a fuming Chelsea while Alexander pulled Blondie away from the quarrel.
“Hey, Chels, calm down, calm down. It’s me, Dalia,” I said when she kept trying to move from my grasp and get another hit on Jennifer’s face.
She relaxed when she realized that I was the one holding her and turned to look at me before hugging me affectionately. “Oh, Lia,” she said in a cracking voice. “You’re okay. I was so worried about you when I saw the news.”
