Dwayne's POV

The next day, I went to school early because our dance practice was early. I went straight to the gym, but they were all gone except Trevor.

"Hey, bro, you're so early." Congratulations to Trevor. "What's up? Did you drive her home safe last night?" I asked.

"Yeah, bro, she's safe home." He looked at me, then he smiled. What is he thinking? "Tell me you don't love her anymore."

"Love who?"

"Dana, you don't love her anymore because if you still do, you shouldn't have asked me to drive her home last night. Instead, you'll be the one to drive her home. That's going to be your chance, but you still didn't do it. Am I right?"

"Yeah, I don't love her anymore," I said, then I sighed. "It's been a long time since I've moved on from her; I was just blinded. I thought it was her that I loved, but it's Keila, bro."

There was a moment of silence. Maybe Trevor was surprised by what I said. "That's a surprise. You know, I love to see you both
