Clarisse’s palms felt sweaty as she sat next to Christian in the car; her heartbeat kept racing at the thought of how the organization would be, the people she was going to meet, who her boss was going to be, and how the whole experience would be for her. She felt like it’d have been better to start as an intern but Christian was firm about the decision and was adamant that he can’t allow his wife to be bossed around.

He could see her nervousness written all over her face, he gently reached out to her hand and gave it a gentle squeeze. She looked at him as he did that and he smiled gently at her,

“There’s nothing to be nervous about, you’re going to be fine”, his assuring voice soothed her mind a little,”don’t forget your purpose, this is the perfect opportunity for you to be strong as you wanted, and the time to chase after your dream”,

Gael, on the other hand, drove to Christian’s office as he was instructed, while Christian took Clarisse to the fashion designing
