Alice smirked, her stomach bubbling in excitement and anticipation as she hung up the call before turning back to her mother.

“Everything set?”,

“Yes, Mum, I can’t wait”, she cooed. Patricia grinned rubbing her hands together,

“I can’t wait to take out my revenge on her”,

“Can’t believe that nitwit, she dares tried to take what belongs to my daughter; who does she think she is?”Patricia said and scoffed,”She went into a fashion design company? She’s so ridiculous, trying to take advantage of my daughter’s husband”,

“Don’t hate her choice too much mum, that is what provides us this opportunity, if she hasn’t decided to start working this might not be so easy”,

“You’re right,”Patricia agreed and giggled,”thank you, Clarisse, for providing us this opportunity,”she said, and they both laughed.

Slowly, the happy expression on Alice’s face wears off making Patricia feel concerned,
