It’s Official. Amelie is mine! I am so incredibly happy right now. It’s like one of those old-time movies. I want to shout it from the rooftops.

Desiree signals the music, and we start down the aisle.

“Wait?” Amelie whispers to me. “Is that, I do by ABBA?”

“Yes,” I smirked.

Just when I thought her smile couldn’t get any bigger, she took it up another notch.

“Thank you, hubby,” Amelie grinned.

“You’re welcome, wifey,” I said with a smile.

We were barely out the door when Desiree accosted us and directed us over in front of the fireplace for the receiving line.

The entire gang came and hugged us before everyone emerged from the grand room.
