Lani truly wanted to decline but couldn’t find a suitable reason. After all, they were both actors, and Kazz was much more famous than she was. Lani felt the need to act with respect. Moreover, Kazz had mentioned that the entire crew would be going, so she couldn’t refuse.

With a sigh, Lani agreed and accompanied Aurora to join Kazz. Kazz was delighted that his plan was working, deliberately slowing down to walk shoulder-to-shoulder with Lani.
