Chapter 34. Ratu's Declaration
"Ratu!" called Ami, who had also just arrived.
The two people immediately hugged Ratu.
"You guys finally came, too. I've been waiting for you!" chided Ratu.
"You asked for it impromptu. Fortunately, my boyfriend understands. If not, I would've refused," said Cassie.
"That's right. It's a good thing you also paid for the airfare and hotel here. Otherwise, I would've refused to go to Lebanon," Ami chided.
Cassie raised her glasses. "So... what do I need with the only rich bestie I have?" she asked later.
"I'll explain later at the hotel. Now hurry to the lobby. The driver is already waiting."
Cassie and Ami followed Ratu. They each carried a suitcase and a backpack. Cassie looked the most troubled as she was also taking a tote bag. Although her two friends looked troubled, Ratu had no intention of helping. She just kept walking as if she was an employer followed by her servants.
