10 hours later

Zelina just got out of surgery, she had a broken femur and broken arm... luckily, She’s safe... First Aunt comes to me

"Niki Honey come take a walk with me... It will be a few hours before she wakes up" dread fills me at her tone

I look at Zelina... And then I nod...

Once we get into the hall

"Look here Niki I’m really sorry we tried everything, but we couldn’t save your baby, we didn’t know she was pregnant, and you didn’t mention it we found out too late..." my aunt explains

I stop dead in my track and look at her in shock. "Zelina was pregnant?" I whisper my voice barely audible. We lost our baby? a baby about which we did not even know.

My aunt nods. "Yes... You did not know?" she asks

I shake my head. "No... We were not even trying or thinking about having a baby yet..." I tell her

"She is. I mean, she was two months pregn
