Chapter 8. You Are So Beautiful

Zelina’s POV

When I woke up around 6 a.m. this morning Niklaus was still sleeping. I had to pee, so I tried to move out of his embrace without waking him, but I woke him anyway...

"Morning Mon Cheri" He pulls me back and kisses my forehead

"Morning..." I smile "I’m sorry I woke you…" I apologize.

He smiles and shakes his head… "It’s okay, I would have woken up around now anyway."

"What time do you have to be at work?" he asks

Today is Friday so I have to go in early… "Today is Friday... So, at 8..." I tell him

"Really so early?" he fakes a shocked expression

I smile rolling my eyes. "Yes, we normally have a staff meeting to review the progress of the week" I explain it to him anyway because I am nice like that…

"Too bad... I wanted to lay in bed a little longer with my wife" he says snuggling into me tighter.
