Caroline’s POV

I hurriedly jumped in the bathtub, which appeared to be clean. I dipped my entire face to avoid seeing him. Furthermore, I was still weak, so I had no intention of having sex with him. I couldn’t hear anything while beneath the water, so I tried to rise, but he was gone. I cast my gaze about to see if he had gone. I simply pulled my clothes off there.
