Adele was restless in the office the entire morning as she kept thinking about Jamal. Every time she thought of all that he had been through in the hands of his father, cold chills ran down her spine.

She could only imagine how hurt he must have been Danielle had presented the documents before him. What she admired the most was his ability to stay cool and act like nothing was going on.

His father had no idea he had found out what he was up to and Jamal didn't give him any reason to suspect that he had found out. What also baffled Adele was how Danielle found out that his father had set traps for him, because he did not tell her.

In as much as Jamal was mad at Danielle for sleeping with his father, that was something he did not want to spread  because  the last thing he wanted was to damage her reputation.
