He had asked me about a bracelet he had seen, asking if I was the owner.

As I read his message, raw, painful, nostalgic memories flashed in my eyes. Leo had a way of ruining my happiness. He was a pro at it.

Of course the bracelet was mine! I had made it for our fucking anniversary for him!

I took a deep breath, trying to keep my emotions in check as I typed in a reply, my hands trembling with pain and anger.

“The bracelet is mine, Leo. It was intended as my anniversary gift to you, but I have no use of it anymore! You can go ahead and dispose of it if you wish but don’t you ever disturb my peace anymore or else I would delete you entirely from my life!”
