Chapter 68. The Interview

As Martha spoke to Adrian Stone, Sarah waited outside the CEO's room. Once again, she unbuttoned her shirt and covered it with the file in her hand so Martha wouldn't see it.

"Miss Riley, you may come in, good luck!" Martha said, moving one hand to encourage her.

'You go, girl! Look, Martha likes you!' babbled Bee from inside her head, trying to get Sarah even more excited about the mission.

She cleared her throat softly, smoothed her long brunette hair, and stepped inside. She knocked once at the door to make Adrian Stone look up at her.
