Mia’s POV

Turning around in the bench seat of the old truck, I watch as what is left of the army of rogues follows us off Paxton Pack territory. I can only hope Cora, Emma, and her children remain safe. Or all of this will have been for nothing.

“Turn around,” Donovan growls as he lays his hand on my leg. “There is nothing left for you back there. You are going to be my Rogue Luna.” My skin burns under his touch, almost like a warning.
