Chapter 83. The Light at The End of The Tunnel

Rose’s POV

Rose’s breathing came in rough bursts,

The silver glow in her eyes grew brighter, the strands still stretched wildly across her vision like living pulsing threads of light. Her palm hovered tightly around the strand of the lycan as she glared hatefully at the werewolf.

The longer she spent in this state, the more her headache grew. Now, her skull throbbed like it was about to be split apart by an axe. The pain pressed deeper into her skull and her thoughts until she staggered lightly.

Her instincts warned her that she needed to do something, and she needed to do it quickly. She couldn’t stay like that forever.

She gritted her teeth as she kept her hand on the strand and pushed down the pain. Her mind was racing as she decided what she was going to do to the lycan.
