Chapter 90. The Welcoming Party

Aria’s POV

I stopped the wine steward passing by and I took another wine from the tray that he was holding.

He smiled and I nodded at him before bringing the glass of wine closer to my lips.

“Looked bored,” I almost spilled the drink out of my mouth as I turned around to see Drago standing beside me.

“Hmm… You scared me,” I mumbled.

“Sorry, didn’t mean to do that,” he lifted his hand playfully in the air in an apologetic manner.

“Never mind,” I waved it off.

He turned and took a drink from the wine steward passing by his side.

“Enjoying the party,” I raised a brow at him.

“Hmmm… It seems nice though I am bored,” we both laughed at his confession.

“So I guess that the King and Queen are not here yet,” I said, breaking the silence stretching between us.

“Yeah, even the beta and gamma,” he countered.

“The way that you said the beta as if they are not your parents,” I chuckled.

“Hahaha… Yeah,” he stretc
