Chapter 9
“Whirr whirr brr,” a plane had just landed at the international airport in Mexico. Suarez emerged from the plane, guarded by his bodyguard. He entered his car and was driven away by his men, followed by four other vehicles, two in front and one at the back. They were heading to Mexico Town to meet Suarez’s accomplice.
A few hours later, another flight landed at the Mexican International Airport. Allister and other passengers disembarked, and he hailed a taxi to leave the airport.
Suarez and his crew arrived at a large, beautiful compound adorned with flowers and luxurious cars. Men in black suits with sunglasses stood around, carrying pistols and some even wielding AK-47s. One man wearing a combat outfit was smoking a cigarette and holding a cup of wine. Suarez climbed the stairs to where this man, Lorenzo, was, and they embraced.
Lorenzo, a notorious gangster who controlled a significant portion of Mexico’s gangster streets and cities, worked closely with Suarez.
