George waited like five more minutes to leave the canteen. He walks out and sees a little boy looking at him, standing opposite him. He tried walking away and looked at the boy again, but the boy still had his eyes on him. This is the same boy that had an encounter with Martha, and the little boy still has his nylon bag with him that Martha gave him.

George turned back and met the little boy.
