Chapter 125. Tears Like a River

The fact that she could recognize his unsaved number on her phone with just a glance sparked her rage.

She thought she’d forgotten about him. At least she felt so but when she realized that the smallest of things like a phone call that she had never valued for the past three years could cause the emotions she had buried deep within her since that day she left the club to surface, she came to the conclusion that she had been lying to herself all this while.

She realized she never stopped loving him and he has been the one tormenting her dreams.

She realized that her hatred for him for the past three years was merely a pretense to mask her feelings for him.

It was now crystal clear.

She despised the fact that she could still love him after everything he did to her.

"But what exactly did he do to me?" She had immediately asked herself.

As the question popped into her mind it brought back memories of the first day she met him.
