He fumbled for the map in his animal-skin pouch, which hung by his hip. He compared the drawing and writings on the map to the writings on the wall, which read, 'The Fated One Has Come,' in an unintelligible language and a vampire's fang symbols. However, the rock carvings were identical.

Darwin became tenser as his heart began to race. After finding the archive, he'd been searching for hours and finally found it.

It was the final piece of evidence he required, but his goal remained elusive. An inscription on a gravestone pointed the way, but which way? He looked around for an opening, coughing up dirt and forest veins from under the boulders as he moved excitedly. Nothing happened initially.
