They went outside the porch and sat in the outdoor lounge chairs with seats, armrests, and comfortable cushions that were in the yard, taking in the breathtaking views in front of them as they relaxed.
Her gaze was drawn to the distance, where she could see the fog blanket rolling around in the empty valleys, a light breeze blowing, and the mountain air still having a crispness to it. They did, however, wish it had been a little bit warmer outside. After their coffee, they returned to the house, where Ryan roused June and helped him get ready for the day ahead.
According to June's suggestion, they should travel from the west side in order to have a better chance of reaching the summit without freezing to death and without the vampire patrol on their tail.
Their human train ride was only a few hours away, and they were all very excited about it. They were also hoping that there would be no vampires guarding the track
