Chapter 44. Last Blood

Matt’s POV

“I can’t track it any longer. I think the phone is off or something is wrong with it,” Antonio announced, “it keeps blinking. It is not stable and we can’t rely on it.”

The more we got closer, the more she went further. We tracked her for so long and sometimes lost the signal. We were in the middle of a road, very far from Darren’s house, but thank goodness she was still with me.

“I put a tracker on her,” Doreen said and pulled her phone to lead the way, “we can’t drive through this place, we can only walk.” She added.

Not wasting much time, we started jogging as fast as we could. Reaching a place, howls of wolves were heard all over. I was afraid, but my gun kept me company. 

“Wait, guys!” Packer exclaimed, and picked a phone from his feet, “I found something.” It was Kate’s phone. I knew her phone and she decorated it with toy stickers.
