Chapter 42
Zara's POV
Nick and I are finally home from our tour. It seems that the weather is not getting better. The previously warm sunlight touching my skin turned into a cool breeze. Above are the black and grey dishes. It's raining again.
Rather than catch up with us, we will walk home. Just be quiet; both of us are quiet and don't speak. We are almost home. Nick and I held hands. But I knew something was wrong.
Why can't I feel that I love him?
Six months, but I can't see Nick as a partner. I only see him as an important person, but definitely not a husband.
I knew something was wrong because I couldn't feel the wedding ring I was wearing. The pictures he shows me are suspicious. We don't even have a wedding photo. As much as I think, it seems that my mind is being excavated again.
We are back home. It's just the two of us and Nick, so I'm nervous again for some unknown reason. I just found myself in the living room, and Nick was trying to kiss me.
