Chapter 53

When the group opened the door, they were met with a chaotic scene. While the wolves and vampires inside battled the flying shadow. Some are on the ground as the shadow consumes their bodies.

"What is that?" the head council exclaimed in horror as he took a step back, seeing another shadow emerge from the tree's body and fly in their direction.

Alex was stunned for a moment before coming to his senses. "... It appears that your impostor priestess caused all of this trouble!" Look!" He exclaimed angrily, his gaze fixed on the priestess standing next to the tree with Scarlet and Thunder.

As he turns to face Alex, the head council's eyes widen. "... What exactly do you mean, impostor?" I'm not sure what you're on about! She is the genuine article."

"-the true priestess?" You're still going to do that, given what's going on right now?!" Alex retorts angrily. He gives the head council a stern look before passing to him.
