The Cold Reunion

I tried to lure Adrian into not calling the Alpha here, but unluckily for me, that was not possible.

I was shocked to see Alpha Daniel’s cold face when he entered the tent. He didn’t even look shocked upon seeing me, as if he already knew that I was going to be here, and he purposely tried to put me in the spotlight in front of his Beta to unnerve me.

But what shocked me more than his instant presence was that he didn’t mind me staying in his pack.

“Are you playing with me?” I asked him with a suspicious expression as I was quite unsure about this. Why would he let me stay here when he clearly hates me?

Instead of answering me, he turned his attention towards his Beta,” Adrian, list both of their names on our pack list,” he ordered and then turned to me, “And Ella, could you please follow me? I would like to have a word with you,” he asked politely.

I just nodded as I could not form any words and followed him outside
