Chapter 20
"Have a seat, Aiden."
Aiden didn't sit down as soon as Uncle Garfield closed the door to his study. He didn't have the energy to have an argument with Uncle Garfield. His werewolf power wanted to take over his entire body.
His body felt hot. His vision was blurry, and his legs felt weak from his rebellious werewolf cells. He was already grateful that he was able to keep his uncle from trying to seduce Ashley (or at least, it was what he believed), even though he was doing it with great difficulty.
"Silly boy," Uncle Garfield grumbled as he finished closing the curtains. Once again, the man made sure the door to the room was locked, glancing around the outside of the room to make sure no one would overhear their conversation. "It's a good thing I noticed. What were you thinking ...."
Aiden didn't really pay attention to what Uncle Garfield said. The pain began to envelop him. His werewolf cells attacked his human cells, his only sign of humanity.
