Chapter 50. Nightmare: Dude from Hell

“‘Oh no,’ what?” Meliae stared at Jasmine with a wide-eyed gaze.

“The bite mark is gone!” Jasmine glanced at Meliae and quickly turned to Max. “I was bitten by…”

Max cuts in sharply not letting Jasmine finish her sentence. He made his way to Jasmine saying: “Sweetie, whatever happened must be a nightmare.”

“No, no, no!” Jasmine cried out in total disappointment. She cast a terrible gaze on Max, “You will let me finish!” she said.

“My bad,” Max apologized with his arms spread.

“Perhaps you are right. It’s just a nightmare.” Jasmine acknowledges with a sad tone. “I was bitten by a two-headed serpent in Lucifer’s tail.”

“Blood hell!” Max exclaimed with disbelief on his face. He has not seen or encountered Lucifer in his true form. With what Azul once told him, ‘don’t get close to Lucifer in his true form because every part of his body is his weapon.’ Max never knows what that means. Hearing about the two-headed serpent in Lucifer’s tail is mak
