Anna’s husband rushed to the bathroom, alarmed by her scream. Inside, he saw a horrifying sight. Vito Marino was there, sitting on the closed toilet, his silhouette illuminated by the dim bathroom light. He had a cigarette in his mouth and a menacing smile on his face.
