Chapter 49. I'm Ready for Tristan

Amelia’s POV

“When’s your bachelorette party, Anna?” asked one of Stefan’s aunts. Stefan and Anna didn’t want a pre-wedding party, so they just wanted to settle for a huge dinner get-together, with lots of fun games and dancing. We had already planned it the way we liked it.

“We’re not having it, Aunt Emily. We’ll go for a family dinner instead,” Anna explained to her and we all supported her on this.

“These days, girls love a bachelorette pool party with lots of booze. It’s the most happening thing now,” said Eliana, Stefan’s cousin. None of us liked Eliana and we exchanged glances.

“Anna isn’t like the other girls and I’m glad,” said Mom defending Anna. We smiled at one another, relieved that we didn't need to deal with Eliana our way. Claire would never have left her. She taunted us most of the time, especially Anna.

“Oh,” said Eliana, looking disappointed. 

“Be ready tonight for the barbecue and bonfire in the evening,” said Mom.
